PVC WPC Door Board Production Line is adopted specially designed FX-SJSZ80/156, FX-SJSZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder, moulds for door board, vacuum calibration table, hauling-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
It can be used either inner and out door board, partition, windowsill, or PVC and PVC+wood extruding foaming products.
Final products extruded by this line have the characters of wood and plastic. Not only the special appearance, but also they can have good processing ability as wood, whose proportion can be controlled within 0.6-0.9kg/m3. They can be sawed, drilled and planed by the wood working tools.
Also, the WPC material and products have features of acid resistance, water-proofing, corrosion resisting, anti-aging, static-free, flame retarded, and they can be recycled and used again.
