This system consists of tumble reactor, conduction oil heating system and cooling system, vacuum system and electrical control system. Automatic feeding conveying system, pre-crystallization system prior to reactor, automatic discharging conveying system, dust removal and filter, and nitrogen protective system are optional. 

1. PET bottle flakes dimension: ≦30*50mm

2. Raw material moisture content: ≦1.0%

3. Processed material moisture content: ≦0.007%

Product application
